Crime Awareness Notification

It is our intention to keep you informed about your community and surrounding neighborhood. In doing so, we maintain a Crime Awareness Center which contains information regarding criminal activity within our community or the surrounding neighborhood as well as helpful tips passed along by local law enforcement. To find this information, you can visit our Crime Awareness Center located on the exterior wall between the mail and laundry room near the office within our community or visit our property website at www.arborsonoakmont.com and view the tab labeled “Resident Bulletin Board”.

As we are made aware of criminal activity of a serious nature within the neighborhood or our community by local law enforcement, we will post information in both locations noted above and place a visible sign at all entrances into the community stating “CRIME AWARENESS” to alert you to visit the property website or Crime Awareness Center within the community. Individual resident notices will not be distributed to your door.
